Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, an NHS organization with 4,500 staff spread across a large geographic area, faced a challenge in engaging its hard-to-reach employees and creating a more open culture. To address this, the trust worked with vendor NHS Employers to find a new solution for staff communication and feedback.
The solution implemented was an online engagement platform branded as "Staff Voice." This web-based tool from NHS Employers facilitated discussions, ran polls and surveys, and allowed staff to share best practices and innovations.
