The solution implemented by NHS Employers was a customizable platform that offered employees significant discounts via pre-paid store cards and online cashback with no transaction fees. The trust launched a major communications campaign to promote the scheme, resulting in 1,379 staff sign-ups and over £77,000 spent through the platform within the first four months. While direct ROI was not the primary goal, NHS Employers provided the tools to measure engagement and spending, which contributed to the trust's broader staff engagement program.
