Delivering a Unified Customer View at LexisNexis for Better Engagement

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions, needed a unified global marketing solution to combine disparate country data, replace slow manual processes, and fix poor prospect data quality (missing addresses, duplicate records) that blocked effective targeting. They engaged NGDATA to address these challenges, leveraging a Global Marketing Data Warehouse (GMDW) design and an Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) implementation, plus data quality and monitoring services.

NGDATA consolidated country systems into a single mastered dataset, applied global matching and merging in the MDM, decoupled web services, and deployed Business Data Quality Monitoring (BDQM). The result was a more accurate, trusted view of customers and prospects, faster onboarding of countries via a reusable interface (and thus revenue realized sooner), closed-loop campaign measurement, and an MDM rollout completed in less than half the usual time.
