Topson Downs, a Los Angeles–based outsourced shipper and quick-response apparel manufacturer that ships millions of units monthly, faced fragmented data and manual processes that hindered sampling and production visibility. Design information lived on cut sheets and spreadsheets, and a home-grown green-screen production system left the company with poor real-time insight and no scalable way to manage growing supply-chain complexity.

By implementing NGC’s Extended PLM, Topson Downs centralized all product and production data in a web-accessible system, standardizing processes across divisions and enabling a “build-as-you-go” workflow where designers own data until styles sell and production then takes over.
