Gowling WLG, the international law firm with offices across the UK and Europe, needed a better way to manage meeting room bookings as its Birmingham head office expanded. Reception staff were still using a manual system, and the firm wanted a simpler, user-friendly solution that could support multi-site room scheduling and align with its IT strategy.

NFS Technology implemented Rendezvous to manage bookings across the Birmingham and London offices, covering 31 meeting rooms at head office and 11 in London, plus reporting and catering needs. The system went live smoothly and was easy for staff to use, cutting phone calls by a third and freeing reception teams to spend more time supporting employees and visiting clients.
