Law Firm Retains Integrated Meeting Management Technology

Global law firm DLA Piper needed a better way to manage meeting space and services across its new Chicago office, where hundreds of employees used 33 conference rooms each day. Working with NFS Technology, the firm used Rendezvous room scheduling software to improve meeting management and support room booking, catering, and AV coordination.

NFS Technology integrated Rendezvous with Crestron Fusion to create a seamless workplace experience, with scheduling panels outside each room showing occupancy status, calendars, and booking options. The solution helped DLA Piper streamline room usage, reduce meeting interruptions, automate equipment and environmental controls, and improve productivity; the firm has since expanded the rollout to New York and is planning additional offices.
