How Rendezvous venue management software helped a top conference centre expand its rooms and services

Terrace Conference Centre (TCC), Wellington’s premier independent conference venue, needed a way to manage rapid growth from five hireable rooms to 14 while replacing manual pen-and-paper booking processes. TCC also needed to coordinate room bookings, catering, setup details, and billing more efficiently as its business expanded.

NFS Technology implemented Rendezvous Venue and Event Management software, later upgraded to the cloud-based Rendezvous V5.0 SaaS platform, giving TCC a single integrated system for bookings, resources, reporting, and operations. The result was smoother room and catering management, faster staff onboarding, strong business continuity, and the ability to scale confidently; NFS Technology also helped recover data after a hardware failure, and TCC gained automatic backups, anywhere access, and 99.8% system availability.
