How one major law firm used Rendezvous desk booking to speed a safe return to the office

Major Irish Law Firm turned to NFS Technology and its Rendezvous workspace technology to support a safe return to the office during the post-coronavirus period. With around 750 staff and a need to manage occupancy under 2m social distancing rules, the firm needed a way to control desk and room access, adapt shared offices, and coordinate a new hybrid working approach.

NFS Technology implemented the Rendezvous agile working module, desk and room booking, and a mandatory Return 2 Work induction process tied to health checks and contact tracing. The solution helped enforce occupancy limits, prevent double-booking of shared offices, and streamline return-to-office workflows, with around 120 staff in the office at a time and plans to scale back up to 50–60% of staff by January.
