How a top international law firm supports hybrid working with Rendezvous

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP), a global law firm with 25 offices, needed a better way to manage meeting rooms and desks across its international estate. In the UK, the firm was unhappy with its existing supplier’s support and product functionality, and it also wanted clearer visibility of rooms worldwide. BCLP turned to NFS Technology and its Rendezvous Workspace workplace management software.

NFS Technology implemented Rendezvous Workspace across London and Manchester, while also transitioning BCLP from Rendezvous Events in the US and Paris and rolling out the platform to Hong Kong, Singapore and other satellite offices. The solution added hot desking, reverse hoteling, mobile desk booking, QR code check-in/out and digital room panels, helping BCLP support hybrid working, improve coordination and gather track-and-trace data post-Covid. BCLP is now also deploying sensor technology in London and Manchester to track real-time space utilisation and inform future planning.
