Clifford Chance Selects Rendezvous Meeting Room Booking Software To Drive Expansion

Clifford Chance, one of the world’s largest law firms, needed a new meeting room booking system to support the expansion of its New York office into a larger, state-of-the-art workspace with an in-house conference center. Its legacy system could not cope with the increased scale, and the firm wanted an easy-to-deploy solution that would streamline day-to-day operations. NFS Technology’s Rendezvous meeting room booking software was selected to meet these needs.

NFS Technology implemented Rendezvous as a fully integrated booking solution with zero client installation, Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory integration, catering and setup/breakdown time management, and booking status controls. The system improved booking efficiency, reduced the need for calls and emails, enabled easier confirmations and catering requests, and simplified the overall meeting room process across 20 meeting rooms plus another 20 in the conference center.
