Christian Centre Trust Requires Multi-Location And Centralized Diary Management

Christian Centre Trust (CCT), operator of The Hayes, High Leigh and Belsey Bridge conference centres, needed to move away from a paper-based diary system and scattered Word/Excel processes that were struggling to handle multiple simultaneous events, shared resources, and increasing booking complexity across three locations. CCT worked with NFS Technology and its Rendezvous events management software to find a more integrated approach suited to the needs of Christian conference centres rather than a standard hotel booking system.

NFS Technology implemented a browser-based, centralized Rendezvous platform for managing events, bedrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant capacity, enquiries, booking, billing and client data across all three centres. The solution eliminated duplicate data entry, improved visibility of availability, and created a single client database for over 2,000 organizations and bookings taken up to five years ahead; CCT reports that it now manages more than 530 bedrooms and 75 function rooms more effectively, with stronger planning, cross-selling and customer service.
