Nexway stepped in, offering tailored services such as its Remote Catalogue integration, a dedicated Manual Renewal flow, and a Merchant of Record (MoR) model to address these challenges.

Nexway implemented the Remote Catalogue so ESET could retain its preferred internal platform and maintain uninterrupted order and license data flow, built a Manual Renewal page with instant license validation, upsell and automatic product mapping for discontinued SKUs, and deployed an MoR to manage payments, fraud monitoring, tax and compliance. As a result, ESET achieved a streamlined renewal process, retained full control over product fulfilment, unlocked recurring payments and subscriptions across Asian markets, and was able to focus on sales growth while Nexway handled payment acceptance and regulatory complexity.
