Impact Hub King’s Cross - Customer Case Study

Nexudus worked with Impact Hub King’s Cross, a coworking space in central London, to improve how it managed member access and day-to-day operations. The team wanted a better way to track who was entering and leaving the building, control access based on membership plans, and make it easier for members to connect with the community, using the Nexudus Spaces platform.

Nexudus linked Impact Hub King’s Cross’s main swipe card access system to Nexudus Spaces so staff could program cards from the front desk, automatically grant or revoke access based on time allowances, and send reminders when members were running out of time or had not checked out. Members could also buy extra credit through the portal. The result was a smoother process with stronger access control, better reporting, and improved community visibility, though no specific numerical impact was provided.
