NextScrum designed and developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a sophisticated AI orchestration layer at its foundation. The solution intelligently routes tasks, uses a semantic cache, and validates all outputs, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and cost-effective AI execution for merchants without any technical complexity. The production build is underway, and the methodologies developed by NextScrum for this project are now available to their other clients.
