Foles & Hill PLC, a 35+ attorney mid‑sized construction law firm with five Midwestern offices, faced a Motion to Compel in a complex, multi‑million dollar construction case that produced massive, inconsistent data from clients, subcontractors, experts and third parties—much of it in hard‑copy bankers boxes and varied electronic formats. Nextpoint implemented a firm‑wide ESI protocol, executed an Early Data Assessment and privilege screen, normalized incoming data, and imported the targeted set into Nextpoint’s software so Foles could complete an efficient review and comply with production and metadata requests.
