Case Study: Save the Children increases donor retention with NextPage variable data printing

A NextPage Case Study

Preview of the Save the Children Case Study

Save the Children - Customer Case Study

Save the Children needed help compiling and mailing its Annual Status Report to child sponsors, a highly complex project involving three matched pieces per package, five donor sponsor types, and donors who could sponsor many children across multiple countries. NextPage supported the nonprofit with variable data printing and complex data processing to organize the data, creative assets, and production requirements.

NextPage implemented automated workflows using 2-D barcodes, 3-way camera matching, and variable data design files to keep each mail piece synchronized and paired correctly with the intended recipient. The result was a more efficient fulfillment process, stronger donor engagement and retention, and year-over-year growth of 8% for this project, contributing to Save the Children’s 4-star Charity Navigator engagement rating.
