Redemption Plus - Customer Case Study

Redemption Plus, a provider of redemption toys and incentive merchandise for family entertainment centers, educational learning centers, and fundraising agencies, struggled to keep its bi-annual product catalogs current. Because inventory and pricing changed frequently, printed catalogs quickly became outdated, and sales reps had to manually create personalized pricing guides for each prospect, adding 10 to 15 minutes to every catalog mailing. NextPage helped address this with an on-demand catalog ordering and production system.

NextPage built a system that connects to Redemption Plus’ inventory database to generate customer-specific catalogs using only currently available items, while also updating for new or changed products. Catalogs can be ordered through an online portal and shipped within three days, with electronic versions available immediately for sales follow-up. The result was a reduction in catalog creation and mailing time from 10 to 15 minutes to 30 seconds per catalog, along with improved follow-up, fewer catalogs produced, and less waste from outdated printed materials.
