Prairie Band Casino & Resort, a large Native-American owned gaming and entertainment complex, needed a better way to understand player preferences, collect customer data, and improve retention as it competed with other gaming and entertainment operators. NextPage helped address this challenge with a player survey delivered through a personalized URL (PURL) to gather player information and email addresses.
NextPage built personalized direct mail pieces that drove players to unique PURLs with custom messaging, offers, and survey content based on Prairie Band’s segmented database. The campaign generated a 9.8% response rate, with 7.3% of recipients completing the survey, and helped increase daily average participation in promotions by 62.4% while also supporting faster promotion mobilization for hotel occupancy and floor traffic.
