Kansas City Repertory Theatre (KCRep), the professional resident theater company at UMKC, needed a late-season ticket sales push to hit revenue goals and convert single-ticket buyers into subscribers. NextPage helped address this challenge with an end-of-year “Pick 3” direct mail campaign supported by IP-targeted digital advertising.

NextPage matched the mailing list to household IP addresses for about half of the recipients and served 30 days of ads reinforcing the same offer and creative. The campaign produced a .14% click-through rate, sold 54 packages from 30 orders, and delivered a 68% lift in conversions versus the control group, bringing KCRep within 3% of its subscription sales goal.
