Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care, a nonprofit serving people with serious illness in the greater Kansas City area, needed to increase donations to its end-of-year giving campaign to meet next year’s budgeting requirements. NextPage helped them test an IP Targeting approach to reach likely donors more effectively.
NextPage delivered IP targeted ads to a sample of 11 direct mail segments, pairing digital ads with direct mail and consistent messaging across the ad and landing page. Of 19,635 recipients, 5,626 received the combined campaign, which generated a 4.44% conversion rate and 250 conversions versus 1.57% and 219 conversions for the control group, producing a 184% lift in conversions.
