First Flight Federal Credit Union, serving more than 38,000 members across North Carolina, needed a better way to customize product offers and messaging for different audiences so it could compete with national credit unions and banks. Lacking a large marketing staff and the time to manage the effort in-house, it turned to NextPage for help with its direct marketing needs.
NextPage created variable-text, variable-graphics postcard templates for cross-marketing to existing members, allowing First Flight to quickly swap out headlines, images, text boxes, and disclaimers for different product lines. This gave the credit union a professional, high-quality marketing presence, reduced design costs for future campaigns, and helped its staff save time and money while handling other priorities.
