Avila University’s Performing Arts Department needed a cost-effective way to increase student enrollment without taking time away from its limited budget and other responsibilities. It turned to NextPage and its online marketing portal to reach prospective students with targeted recruiting materials.
NextPage used its marketing communications portal to send targeted direct mail pieces, including eye-catching postcards and “save a seat” cards tied to Avila performances, to prospective students at different stages of interest. The campaign drove strong engagement, with more than 85 percent of the cards redeemed for tickets, and helped Avila University’s Performing Arts Department achieve a 40 percent increase in enrollment.
