Criteo, a rapidly growing advertising company with offices across the U.S. and Latin America, needed to replace its outdated analog phone system that was limited to just 16 lines per office. The company was looking for a flexible, scalable cloud communications solution that could connect multiple locations and support future growth. Nextiva Office Pro with Enterprise Upgrades, including Nextiva Analytics and the Nextiva App, was selected to meet those needs.

Nextiva implemented VoIP service with an onsite installation in Criteo’s Boston office, along with in-person training and rollout support. Criteo also adopted Nextiva Analytics for reporting and dashboards, and Nextiva Clarity devices to improve network transparency and voice quality. The result was a quick, successful transition that expanded to New York, Chicago, and Miami, giving Criteo a single system across four offices with better visibility, clearer calls, and a more scalable communications setup.
