The telecommunications provider Telia Company, with 26,000 employees across 17 countries, faced the challenge of realigning its performance management processes to a new set of corporate values. Using the SuccessFactors HCM suite, the company needed to implement a full system refresh and drive user adoption of the new "Make It Happen" methodology. To address this change management issue, Telia Company partnered with vendor Nexthink and their ADOPT platform.
Nexthink implemented a solution by creating in-app tutorials that introduced the philosophy behind the new processes before providing the "how to" guidance. These tutorials were subtitled in nine languages to ensure global comprehension. The results were significant, with over 20,000 tutorials viewed across 18 countries and more than 68,000 minutes of content consumed. Nexthink's platform provided measurable impact by enabling Telia Company to track engagement, calculate ROI, and prove the success of the change initiative to board-level executives.
