A Nexthink Case Study

Preview of the Electrolux Case Study

Making a success of sudden change with a global manufacturer

Electrolux, one of the world’s largest home appliance manufacturers, faced a major digital HR challenge as remote work accelerated during the pandemic. Its global team needed to maintain employee engagement and manager self-service across eight HR systems, and it used Nexthink’s Adopt digital adoption platform to support a global Cornerstone deployment and improve the employee experience.

Nexthink implemented in-app guidance, including tooltips, Smart Pages, and Split Screen support, to deliver help at the point of need, alongside analytics to identify where users were struggling. As a result, Electrolux delivered hundreds of thousands of in-the-flow-of-work interventions, saved thousands of hours, cut average time on a key talent process by 10% despite a 130% user increase, and improved a key manager self-service support objective by 104%.
