Making a success of sudden change at Electrolux

Electrolux, one of the world’s largest home appliance manufacturers, faced a major digital HR challenge as remote work accelerated during the pandemic. With 50,000+ employees and eight HR systems to support, its internal HR team needed to maintain employee engagement and manager self-service while improving adoption of its Cornerstone talent management deployment using Nexthink’s Adopt solution.

Nexthink implemented in-app support such as tooltips, Smart Pages, and split-screen resources, backed by analytics to pinpoint where users needed help and measure what was working. The result was stronger self-service and efficiency: Electrolux delivered hundreds of thousands of support interventions, saved thousands of hours, cut average time on a key talent process by 10% despite a 130% user increase, and improved a key manager self-service support objective by 104%.
