Capital Women’s Care (CWC), the largest OB/GYN group in the Mid-Atlantic with 40 locations and 159 providers based in Silver Spring, MD, needed to stay private and grow but was hampered by ineffective outsourced billing—rising A/R days, poor denial management and dissatisfied providers.
