La Jolla Vein Care is a growing vascular clinic in La Jolla, CA, founded in 2010 by Dr. Nisha Bunke. With a small physician team and 10 staff, the practice needed scalable, patient-centered technology to support rapid clinical and financial growth, simplify billing and scheduling, and maintain high-touch care while reducing in-office density during the COVID-19 era.

The practice implemented NextGen Office (and later Doctible) to handle EHR, revenue cycle, appointment reminders, secure texting, online refills, virtual visits, and a virtual waiting room. The result was easier billing and collections, increased patient communication, sustained telemedicine consultations (including image sharing), streamlined contactless check‑in, and continued clinical and financial growth while preserving a patient-centered experience.
