OSIS is a Cincinnati-based Health Center Controlled Network that supports about 40 FQHCs across 17 states and more than one million patients. Many member centers could not afford or seamlessly share the comprehensive HIT needed to meet meaningful use, PCMH, quality reporting, and value-based payment requirements, making it difficult to capture point-of-care data and access funding.
