Community Medical Center Kills Burnout with Mobile

Community Medical Center in Falls City, Nebraska — a full-service regional provider with more than 300 clinicians — was struggling with clinician burnout driven by heavy EHR documentation demands and packed schedules (often double-booked), which forced providers to work long hours to catch up on charts.

The clinic implemented NextGen Mobile integrated with NextGen Enterprise API, turning smartphones into lightweight dictation and workflow tools with easy install, scheduling integration, and custom audio “macros” supported by scribes.
