Crystal Run Healthcare is a 250-provider, multispecialty group with 15 locations in New York that sought to better coordinate care, close information gaps at the point of care, and improve disease management and preventive services across its network. As an early EHR adopter, the practice needed a way to share clinical and financial data across sites, track quality measures, and support population health initiatives without digging through paper records.
