Luminous Dermatology in Santa Barbara, led by Dr. Bryan Gammon, faced an outdated practice management system that lacked EMR–PM integration and the daunting task of converting more than 20,000 paper charts. The two-provider clinic—offering general dermatology, dermatopathology, MOHS and cosmetic services—needed software that could handle diverse workflows and pathology requirements.
