The Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA) turned to Nextech AR when COVID-19 threatened to cancel its annual Massachusetts Black Expo (MBE). With just two months to move a planned in-person, three-day conference online, BECMA needed a virtual platform that preserved face-to-face interaction, showcased Black-owned businesses, and removed geographic barriers for its 300-member community.
