CTT, a national logistics and postal operator, faced the challenge of managing corrective and preventive maintenance across its extensive portfolio of 900 facilities without a centralized system. They needed direct interaction between teams and suppliers, along with complete visibility over work orders from origin to completion, including cost and lead time control. To address this, they partnered with Nextbitt to implement its Facility Management platform.

The solution from Nextbitt integrated all of CTT's facilities and assets into a single platform, which also connected with their existing SAP and building management systems. This implementation enabled centralized maintenance management for over 800 sites and allowed more than 1,000 users to make and track service requests digitally. Nextbitt's platform delivered significant efficiency gains, better planning, and a substantial reduction in bureaucratic work by nearly eliminating calls and emails, allowing the team to focus on data validation and analysis.
