UK Government Agency secures 2-domain data transfer with Nexor

A UK government agency required a secure method to transfer sensitive data files from a RESTRICTED domain to a higher-security SECRET domain, as this information could later be used as legal evidence and needed to be guaranteed tamper-proof. To meet this challenge, they worked with Nexor to find a solution.

Nexor implemented a solution using two servers separated by a data diode, which physically ensures information can only flow into the SECRET domain. This allowed files and emails to be transferred seamlessly without disrupting the agency's normal operations. As a result, the agency can now guarantee that the evidence stored in the SECRET domain is immutable and has not been accessible from the lower-security domain, thanks to the connection secured by Nexor.
