Multi-nation Defence Organisation - Customer Case Study

Multi-nation Defence Organisation needed a secure way for forces from different nation states to share information while keeping control of their own systems and data. Working across different formats, protocols, standards, and procedures created major interoperability and security challenges, especially when timely electronic communication between domains was critical. Nexor addressed this need with its Information Exchange Gateway (IEG).

Nexor designed and developed a prototype Information Exchange Gateway (IEG) that lets each nation set its own rules for what can be shared and with whom, while inspecting, validating, and transforming information as needed at both the sending and receiving gateways. The solution helps trusted partners access relevant information in real time without exposing other data, improving collaboration and reducing delays in joint operations. Nexor’s approach was developed to support accreditation and, on final testing of a live connection between nation states, can achieve NATO Authority To Operate (ATO).
