Ministry of Defence cuts CIS configuration time and complexity with Nexor

The Ministry of Defence required its communications and information systems to be more flexible and responsive to a fast-changing operational landscape. Their specific challenges included reducing system configuration time, management overhead, and complexity. To address this, they initiated the PANDORA concept demonstrator programme, which needed enhanced security features, including High Assurance Guards and a Segregated Browse Down capability.

Nexor worked with L3 TRL to deliver the required security enhancements for the MOD's PANDORA project. The solution included a Chat Guard, a Tracks Guard, and a Segregated Browse Down capability that allows users in the SECRET domain to securely interact with applications in other domains, thereby removing risk from the MOD's future equipment programmes.
