Global Bank’s Capital Markets Division needed to migrate off an aging Siebel CRM system that lacked support, limited user adoption, and made it difficult to deliver a modern user experience. The bank also reported better customer satisfaction, higher sales and revenue, and faster, more flexible deployment with weekly production changes.
