United Dental Partners partnered with NexHealth to digitize the patient experience across 24 locations. NexHealth Online Booking, Forms, Messaging, and other tools were used to help streamline these workflows.

With NexHealth, United Dental Partners implemented a full patient experience platform integrated with OpenDental, including online booking, digital forms, messaging, recalls, and reviews. The results were strong: hundreds of patients began booking online each month, the team saved over 2 hours per day with Forms, and the practice improved its Net Promoter Score from 81 to 88. United Dental Partners also reported faster adoption across all 24 locations and praised NexHealth’s support as a true partnership.
