Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics builds a new patient onboarding experience for 70+ locations using the NexHealth Synchronizer API

Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics, a dental service organization with 70+ locations across Texas and Oklahoma, needed a better way to keep its patient-facing technology in sync with Dentrix Enterprise and Dolphin. The team wanted a mobile-friendly onboarding and forms experience that could streamline patient intake, support insurance verification, reduce wait times, and keep appointment communications aligned with real-time office availability. NexHealth’s Synchronizer API and Forms product were used to help solve this challenge.

Using NexHealth, Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics automated form requests, synced completed forms into Dentrix Document Center, and read calendar availability to send reminder and earlier-appointment messages through existing communication tools. The solution was implemented in under 4 weeks and scaled to more than 710,000 digital forms sent in 2022, while also improving show rates and creating a smoother experience for both patients and front office staff.
