Coast Dental partners with NexHealth to digitize its patient experience for 106 locations

Coast Dental, a 106-location dental practice serving patients across Texas, Georgia, and Florida, needed a modern digital patient experience to meet rising expectations and reduce manual work for office staff. Using SolutionReach and Eaglesoft on-prem servers, the team lacked a bidirectional, real-time integration, which created hours of manual data entry and made seamless online booking and communications difficult. NexHealth products such as Online Booking, Forms, Messaging, Waitlist, Recalls, and Reviews were brought in to unify the experience.

NexHealth implemented a single integrated platform across all 106 locations in just five weeks, connecting directly with Eaglesoft and automating patient data updates. The results were strong: reviews rose from 229 in December 2021 to 1,087 by February 2022, averaging 4.5/5.0, and online forms saved an estimated 10 hours per week per location. NexHealth also helped reduce call-center volume, cut storage costs from paper records, and fill cancellations more efficiently through recalls and waitlists.
