Bethany Medical Clinic of New York, a multi-specialty practice with six locations and 20 providers, wanted to attract more patients during the COVID-19 pandemic and grow appointment volume across its New York offices. To support this goal, the clinic used NexHealth’s online patient scheduling platform to offer real-time booking and promote new service offerings.
With NexHealth, Bethany Medical Clinic enabled patients to book by location, provider, and appointment type through its website and Google My Business profile, while keeping schedules synced with MDLand. The clinic also used NexHealth for targeted text and email marketing campaigns. As a result, Bethany Medical Clinic achieved a 327% increase in bookings from February 2020 to April 2020.
