Allergy & Asthma Care of Brooklyn, a busy allergy practice, struggled with lengthy paper intake forms that were difficult for patients to complete and time-consuming for staff to enter manually into eClinicalWorks (eCW). Using NexHealth’s digital HIPAA-compliant Forms, the practice set out to simplify patient onboarding and reduce paperwork.

NexHealth implemented digital forms that are sent by text or email before visits and sync into eCW in real time via the Synchronizer. This eliminated scanning and data entry, saved staff about 3 hours per day, reduced in-office form completion from 15 minutes to 0, and gave providers patient information sooner so they could deliver more personalized care.
