Shoeby Finds the Right App Fit with NewStore Native app leads to 3x conversion rate over previous web app

Shoeby, a fashion retailer, wanted a better mobile shopping experience after its first web-based mobile app underperformed, earned only 2.5-star reviews, and was hard to keep up to date with new mobile technology. The company chose NewStore and its NewStore Consumer App to move away from the in-house web app and focus more on serving customers.

With NewStore, Shoeby launched a fully native consumer app in just a few months. Results were immediate: conversion rates tripled versus the old app, the app converted shoppers 6x more than mobile web, and its share of total ecommerce revenue rose from 29% in 2021 to 41% in 2022.
