Case Study: Clarks achieves global retail modernization with NewStore

A NewStore Case Study

Preview of the Clarks Case Study

Clarks rolls out NewStore across 512 stores for faster, omnichannel retail

Clarks, a nearly 200-year-old global footwear brand, faced a significant challenge with its outdated and non-compliant legacy technology stack. Its aging point-of-sale systems, some over 20 years old, limited its ability to compete in modern retail. To anchor its digital transformation, Clarks selected the NewStore Unified Commerce Platform for its modern, MACH-certified architecture.

NewStore implemented its cloud-based omnichannel platform across 512 Clarks stores globally. The solution, seamlessly integrated with the help of AbsoluteLabs, included mobile POS, endless aisle, and BOPIS/BORIS capabilities. The results were a successful on-schedule rollout, a more agile infrastructure, enhanced associate efficiency, and a significantly improved in-store customer experience.
