LOSCAM launches Track & Trace in 12 months with Newpath Web

The customer, LOSCAM, a provider of returnable packaging equipment, faced the challenge of tracking high-value assets across Australia and New Zealand for their clients. They needed a solution to monitor sensitive cargo, ensuring its condition and security during transit. LOSCAM approached vendor Newpath Web to develop an innovative IoT-based portal integrated into their existing customer platform.

Newpath Web designed and built the Loscam Live Track & Trace solution using Microsoft Azure IoT services and React.js. The web application provided real-time and historical tracking of assets, offering customers valuable insights into their supply chain. The solution was successfully launched in 2021 to wide acclaim from LOSCAM's premier customers. This project launched a continued digital transformation partnership, with Newpath Web subsequently building further integrated ERP solutions for the growing business.
