The customer, a global construction giant, faced challenges with cumbersome, paper-based safety and compliance processes that were slow and led to lost data. Their staff spent significant time on manual data entry for checklists, audits, and site inductions. Newpath Web leveraged the Microsoft Power Platform to develop a fully integrated digital ecosystem to address these inefficiencies.

Newpath Web implemented a mobility solution using PowerApps, SharePoint, Flow, and Power BI, which digitized forms and enabled offline-capable, instant reporting. This eliminated double-handling and data loss, saving 40-50 hours per site per week. On a single project, digitizing over 6,000 inductions saved an estimated 1,500 hours in administration. The successful results led Microsoft to conduct its own case study on the project.
