Previously, evidence from interviews had to be burned to CD-ROMs and physically delivered to the office, slowing down communication and the pursuit of justice. Newline Interactive installed a TRUTOUCH X5 in a conference room and connected it to two interview rooms, giving the Special Victims Unit an all-in-one collaboration system with built-in 1080p cameras, echo-cancellation microphones, and onboard computing. This allowed staff to video call, send notes, recordings, and other files in real time instead of driving materials over manually. The result was faster communication, more efficient prosecution decisions, and quicker case handling for victims and law enforcement.
