A Newline Interactive Case Study
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, a law enforcement agency in the United States, needed a faster way to share critical interview data with prosecutors. Previously, evidence from interviews had to be burned to CD-ROMs and physically delivered to the office, slowing down communication and the pursuit of justice. Newline Interactive provided a TRUTOUCH X5 solution to help modernize the process.
Newline Interactive installed a TRUTOUCH X5 in a conference room and connected it to two interview rooms, giving the Special Victims Unit an all-in-one collaboration system with built-in 1080p cameras, echo-cancellation microphones, and onboard computing. This allowed staff to video call, send notes, recordings, and other files in real time instead of driving materials over manually. The result was faster communication, more efficient prosecution decisions, and quicker case handling for victims and law enforcement.
