A Newline Interactive Case Study
Lawton Public Schools, specifically Eisenhower Middle School in Lawton, Oklahoma, wanted to bring in outside learning resources to better prepare students for a technology-driven future. The school’s teachers used a mix of traditional and modern methods, but their existing technology was becoming outdated and some staff were hesitant to learn new hardware and software. Vendor Newline Interactive provided the TRUTOUCH series to support this transition.
Newline Interactive implemented four 65-inch TRUTOUCH interactive displays loaded with IdeaMax software, giving teachers access to internet, mapping, annotation, printing, emailing, and video conferencing from a single screen. The solution improved collaboration and student engagement, increased STEM-related classes, and helped build students’ career-ready skills. According to the school, the TRU system made a lasting, positive impact on the educational experience and helped staff expand learning resources more easily and confidently.
