The aging projectors required frequent bulb changes and produced declining image quality, creating frustration during daily meetings and presentations, especially for VIP visitors. Newline Interactive, using its RS Series interactive displays, offered a modern alternative.

Newline Interactive implemented an RS Series solution with a 98-inch display in the main board room and an 86-inch display in the common meeting room, later adding another 98-inch unit for permanent use. The displays replaced the projector setup without disrupting workflow and delivered 4K image quality, built-in whiteboarding, annotation, and wireless casting, with minimal training required.
